We have some mash tun and pot maintnence I'd like to get done before the party - cleaning of the pots and an overhall of the mash tuns. It would be a great oppertunity for some members to see how these things are put together and help CHAOS at the same time. All supplies provided by the club.

Anyone want to lead a mash tun / pot maintenance class?
I would love to help with this project, but lack the necessary training/know how to lead it
Do you need new valves for the pots ordered?

Yeah I can lead that project/class...it's definitely needed. I need to get a count of what is needed and plan on building a large cooler. I'll have some details later tonight.
Thanks Matt - I've ordered 5 new coolers, nut no other hardware. I'd like to see all of the warped and watterlogged coolers tossed.
Some/most of the mash tun coolers seem to belong to members, we should probably check with them before tossing any.

Each replacement cooler will be labled with the same name as the one replacing it, the main value of those is the fittings. But yes, if anyone wants their old cooler back, they are welcome to it...
My cooler can be trashed.

You can trash mine, too.
Mine has the "Organic Brewing" stickers on it and is pretty new. The bottom needs to be replaced with a better false bottom but otherwise the actual cooler is still pretty solid
