Anyone want a bar by navy pier? 3,000 soft built out w/ licenses. $100K key fee, rent fully abated the first year. It's the old 120 ultra lounge space.
The deal was brought to me, but I wasn't comfortable with the proposed manager. There are also some visibility issues that need to be addressed.
Steven Land and i are officailly sign makers... lights...who needs lights...everyone just gets uglier... id be serious, with $1000 (im poor), but i cant fathom getting the other 99 in line. would love it if we could.

If any one is serious, I would seriously think at taking up to 50%. But the number we would need would be closer to $150K counting operating capital, new signage and some light redecorating.
if a 100 CHAOS members could spring $1000 each, we might have a fun coop bar on our hands...

A key fee is a lump sum paid to either the landlord or former tenant that buys out the furniture, fixtures and equipment of a property. In this case, it covers the full kitchen, existing inventory, furniture and decor, and licenses.
what does the key fee mean?
