The big garage door started getting stuck today. Although I hear it might have started over the wekend. The door will start to go up and then stop after 4".
Not sure if it's weather realted but a pro should come out to look at it.
You can help open the door with slight lifting, but that might be hard to do for some while operating the key pad from the outside.
Please call a repair person to investigate.

I let board members know about it Saturday, assuming they would either fix it or call a repair person to come fix it.
If the garage door doesn't work, look at the door code instructions on the website for an alternative way to enter.

Fortunately, our next door neighbor is a garage company. Brandon and Kyle are brewing tomorrow and will ask them to take a look.
Iggy came by today and the wheels and track need adjustment. Time to call in the pro's.

Jay came by last night and sprayed the rollers with wd40 and the door seems to be working fine now.
