Came in this morning to see this. I hate to be that guy, but this is basic stuff. Cleaning around the mill is part of the checklist. Can everyone that closes up, even crafty vets, follow the checklist before they depart.

Brewhouse condition/checklist reminder
Wow, that's not just a little bit of grain that is easily overlooked. Wasn't like that when I left yesterday around 2:00. Had to close up 2 gas valves that were left open for who knows how long too. Really isn't that difficult to follow the checklist. Sorry you had to walk in to such a mess Sean. Not cool.
We all sometimes forget to do something, but if we have an attitude of respect for each other, of not leaving stuff for others to pick up, things will generally work out. Thanks for the reminder, Sean and Jon.
