So....looking at the schedule, I went through and picked places that were relatively near to me (so I could get there on a weeknight without an insane CTA commute (driving is out of the question). That's my plan of attack.
I'm wondering what you all feel are "must see" venues/beers, though.
Unfortunately, no. While I'm a bit more proactive this year than last year with CCBW, I wasn't proactive enough to get tickets to the Revolution shin-dig. Also, I'm not too keen on the concept, "Hey, Chicago, we want you to come celebrate our grand opening with us! Only you have to pay to get in, you have to pay for any/all beer, you have to pay for any/all food." Throw in a free beer (even a 10, 8, or 5 ouncer) and I'd be more jazzed about it.
As far as CHAOS, however, I couldn't be more excited about that. We have an open house next Saturday (June 2nd) at the Brew House from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. if you can stop by for a bit. We also have our monthly meetings on the first Sunday of the month (June 3rd) from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
