Do not touch the large lager fridge temp controller!!

Whoever turned the temperature knob in the lager fridge to 100% cold, please stop touching anything. We had the fridge set perfectly. It is now at 24 degrees. I'm not sure how long it's been since you messed with this but a bunch of the beers in the fridge are have ice in them or are damn near frozen solid. I know for a fact that I set the fridge perfectly after we paid to have it cleaned and recharged. If you think it should be adjusted reach out to me directly before touching anything.

Thanks for noticing this,

Thanks for noticing this, Todd, and for getting it at the right setting.  Perhaps taping a note by the adjustment knob would be wise, for those who don't read the forums much.  I've got an English ale in there that I was going to cask condition - guess I'll add some yeast to it!

Hey Todd.

Hey Todd.

Sorry man, I feel like I contributed to this. Struck and I were trying to adjust the temp after I built the new wooden shelving for the fridge. The wood was absorbing a lot of the cold and the fridge was having a hard time getting below 45 degrees. I guess that's no longer an issue!

*edit. We definitely did NOT put it to 100% cold though - only a few notches lower.
