Using the code that's current on the site and it's not working again. What's the deal?

I think you need to press 0 twice
Hey Matt -
I dropped by the BH tonight and found the code didn't work either (didn't work with "#" or 2 "0's" at the end).
I re-programmed it but like Reed just said - now there's a need to use "two zeros." The door code page shold be updated soon. Not sure why it crapped out. The battery was fine.
The code has been updated.
Should we get a new one? This ones had issues.
The one we currently have has really good reviews (I believe this is the one).
I think it's more frequency and user error than fault with the opener. That said, maybe one that's meant to be operated in extreme conditions would be helpful.
