Just cracked open this book. So far an easy straightforward read on the culture of Saison and Biere de Garde - two beers that will likely be my focus over the next year as i perfect my craft. These have quickly become my favorite ales overall, and I am looking to absorb as much as i can about these. It covers topics on the region, the process, the culture and theory, and of course a discourse on the styles and the ambiguity around them.
Once we have a book section in our brew space, i will happily have it accessible for others to enjoy.
