In celebration of the Brewers of South Suburbia reaching a milestone of 30 years helping the home brewing community in Illinois, the BOSS Board formally invites your club to attend a special event!
BOSS and the monks at La Trappe have partnered together to present: "Monastic Brewing: A Guided Tasting"
The monks at La Trappe have graciously agreed to provide information on their brewing practices and talk about their beers including:
1. La Trappe Wit
2. La Trappe Dubbel
3. La Trappe Quadrupel
4. La Trappe Quadrupel Oak Aged
This limited access event will occur Saturday January 16th 2021 at 1PM CST. All proceeds to be donated to the monastery.
How to participate:
1. Register and purchase your beer (Paypal) at bossbeer.org/MonasticBrewing.html and choose (1) of 2 options:
A. La Trappe Tasting Pack: One (1) each of the 11.2oz Witte, Dubbel, and Quadrupel with a La Trappe Goblet $20.00
B. La Trappe Premium Tasting Pack: One (1) each of the 11.2oz Witte, Dubbel, and Quadrupel with a La Trappe Goblet AND one (1) 375mL bottle Barrel Aged Quadrupel (Batch 22) $30.00 THERE ARE VERY LIMITED QUANTITIES LEFT! ORDER YOURS QUICKLY (<10 available now!)
2. You can pick up your La Trappe Beers at your pre-determined meeting spot for distribution through your club representative. You will need to present your PayPal receipt as proof of purchase when you pick up your beer. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please be sure to list your club so we know how many to bring up to your drop/pick up spot!
3. Download Zoom to your device and test your internet connection before the event! The event will be moderated by BOSS.
