Okay, well, you don't actually have to be there. But, a bachelorette party has asked us if part of their bachelorette night can be with CHAOS learning about beer. Of course, we said, "YES!"
They were interested in stout. So, we're going to give them a brewing demonstration (not necessarily any real brewing), have a little food for them, have a stout tasting (4-6 different craft stouts) and then show them how to bottle an already-fermented, ready-to-go stout so they can each take home a 4- or 6-pack.
I'm looking for someone to brew the aforementioned ready-to-go stout. There were no other specifications so "WOW" them with your brewing expertise and creativity. It needs to be brewed soon; the workshop is on Friday, December 7th.
DM if you're interested.
I can bottle. thats all i do right now
The emperor is not as forgiving as i am
Wonderful! Thank you, Lucas!
I can help lead the class, too; I still remember bottling...
So if no one else is able, I can brew something here in the next couple weekends and have it ready as well as do the class.
I'll need a reminder on bottling... I've been kegging forever.
Oh... my... god. Why haven't we done this? http://thechive.com/2013/09/17/guys-rig-up-buddies-plumbing-with-beer-wh...
Still looking....
I just bought two stout extract ingredient kit online from northern brewer, I'll brew that up when it gets here and have it ready, kegged, and carbed by December. Then we can serve it as well as have the ingredients setup for the same brew for the class the day of.

Awesome.
I think on Sunday I'm going to brew the stout for the bachelorette party; then a week or two later brew my stout submission for stout night.
