This started as a workshop to help folks prep for the BJCP exam but others have joined in. This is the second in a series of four, but you don't have to have attended the first one to participate. This month, we will focus on Belgian styles. There is no fee for the workshops, attendees will split the actual expenses (beer and printing). We will focus on three items: 1) sensory evaluation, 2) articulating what you perceive, and 3) styles.
If you have a homebrewed Belgian-style beer you want to contribute, that would be great, too. The styles we're looking at are Witbier, Belgian Pale Ale, Trappist Single, Belgian Blonde, Biere de Garde, Saison, Dubbel, Tripel, Golden Strong and Dark Strong.
