I bottled my barrel aged imperial red about 3 weeks ago. Just openned my first bottle. It seems to be overcarbed. Not even close to gushing or anything but its overcarbed for the style of beer. What can I do? I'm giving this beer away as a gift so I'd really like to fix this problem. Would opening every bottle and letting them sit for a while and then recapping them do anything? Open for suggestions. Thanks!
