I wasn't sure who I should reach out to in regards to promoting the club but the UFC gym is having a party for the grand opening (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) of its new location and they sent out a general email asking for any business or group to have a stall (it's just a stall really) at the event. I reached out to the staff to ask if we could have a spot and they agreed. We don't have to give or do anything for them, it's just a free promotion opportunity. I can volunteer to man the stall but I would just need some help getting business cards, the CHAOS banner, and so forth for the event.
What's the date? Do they want us to serve beer? I don't see a problem with it, but we don't really have much promotional material at the moment.
It's Saturday May 28th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. They didn't specify anything really, they just said that any business can advertise for free at the opening. I thought it be good to go to let people know about CHAOS and to do some early promotion for the Brew BBQ. Do you think we can make a simple promotional poster for the BREW BBQ? I can print it out copies and it hand out at the event.
