Hey Pyromaniacs,
We need help pulling together a stein bier this Friday at CHAOS from 6-10pm.
Rob is providing ingredients for a German ale, and I'm going to gather granite rocks and stein gear.
We need help gathering firewood (nice hardwood needed, 4-5 bundles).
Anyone with a car up for helping?

Three Cheers to Jim V! Our beloved treasurer is procuring propane and firewood for our stein beir burning brew.
Please bring beer and grillables to share, this is gonna be like brew day meets campfire cookout.
HeeHaw!
I'll be there, I'll bring some meats and veggie kebabs. I'm not sure how many people are coming so I hope others might bring stuff as well. Kinda want to try slow cooking some ribs or brisket, so might show up mid-afternoon and survey the bbq sitch
wish I could make, I'm so glad your hosting this again though Steven, the steinbiers are always so good, and this is such a cool thing for the club.
Low to mid 70s tonight with a small chance of rain - should be good! I'll plan to bring something to grill and a side to share. My SO was under the weather this morning, so don't think she'll be joining me tonight. Looking forward to watching other people taunt injury and death with hot rocks!

Julene and I are planning on stopping by as well.
The emperor is not as forgiving as i am
Weather looks good, hopefully everyone brings some food to share. Smores???
Rob is considering pitching a tent and camping overnight.
We could probably use more wood... If anyone can stop and grab a bundle or two, please do!
We like cherry wood :D
So how did it go? Did Rob make it through the night?
Everything went well, Jim kicked things off dropping off wood and gas, whole night would've been for naught without fuel, thanks again! Around a dozen people joined us, Tynan got the BBQ going. Rob put together a nice grain bill (golden promise, red x, and Munich), and he hit our target just under 1.060, gonna be a German Ale. I left around 2:15. Rob and Ashley finished cleaning around 3am.
Are you guys using Wyeast German ale yeast? Good stuff.
Yep, we used the 1007
