There is hope for homebrew events.

Unfortunately, it is my understanding that the Silverado Homebrew Club took the initiative here, instead of talking with other homebrew clubs and writing a law that could benefit brewers more.  They used the Wisconsin law to model their proposal...Instead of doing it like Oregon's law, which does the same as Wisconsin, but additionally allows you to sell your beer at cost legally....
