Group buy price hike?
I dont think this will apply to us as we are a business. Or at least I hope that is how they treat us.
We'll find out - but I believe we still have a few accounts we can order through.
I guess we'll see. I hope that the hbt thread is being alarmist and that's just a single regional distributor for CMG that's doing the new pricing.

looks like that went into effect Jan 1. have there been purchases from there since? i thought i saw a few large bags come through the club

Like I said, I don't know if it's a single distributor for Country Malt Group, or if it's a new company-wide policy. But the last Chicago HBT group buy went through at the previous prices, so we may be ok.
HOPS just a did a grain buy and I don't think they got hit with the new prices...
It seems its the East Coast guys that are getting hit since they are the ones crying the most on HBT...
