Heater not working

I couldn't get the heater to turn on this afternoon. I got it going on Tuesday, but no luck today.

Heater works, someone turned

Heater works, someone turned it off on the switch on the right side of the thermostat. Please don't do that. (Jeff wasn't the one that turned it off)
