Yep, I'm that annoying, yet hopeful-optimistic, so called "blogger"... Eh, I like telling a story. I'm trying to kick-off a new blog, about, you, the home brewer. I personally, have not brewed anything on my own. I'm a rookie to the extensive world of craft beer. Nonetheless, I'm like every other person who's first experience with beer was that corner isle beer that's on sale at Jewel, that we'll probably use for beer pong, and swore that I would never actually like drinking beer for sport. One day, you find yourself with someone older and wiser, who gives you your first belgian pale ale, before you know it you're saying things like, "I love me sum hop, what IPA's do you have on tap?" And then you realize that people make their own stuff at home? BOOM! Mind bomb... What do they use? What equipment? Where do you buy your stuff? Who with? Why? Why not?
I just want to highlight what you do and expose myself to different people with WAY more knowledge than me by experiencing the way you brew your beer at home.
My blog needs some work, but it's in progress. brewhooligans.com
