Chaos meeting July 6
Approval meetings for 6/1: yes
Finance: June light month for us. $1642 total income. Didn't have a lot of quarterly dues. Light on expenses, rent $1200, $95 insurance a month... $1859 total expenses, so this is the first negative month. But otherwise pretty light.
What about a gas water heater? It may save money prob only be $50 a month. Fridges take up a lot of energy.
Membership: only one down grade, one cancelation, a few upgrades to brewer level.
Billboard: logo and text banner $68 moved to forum. Approved. Conrad said he'd work it up.
Window clings: expensive, going to curb this.
Discounts: ask around plant the seeds. So I can ask, makes it easier to reach out.
Friends: get the least amount of traffic
Housekeeping: Filter housing is cracked we need a new filter. Chuck: Need 3 new fittings and 4 shout off values. Joe: water line is long enough but we need 2 y fittings and an chiller. Need to talk to Matt.
Power tower: only alchemist can use.
Second tower: needs fixing up, mark is willing to pay $200 to get it up and running.
Ceiling: scrape paint, reprint and 3m plastic over holes, prob a $100 fix. FRP could be next step.
Incentive membership: get craftsmen in here, to help.
Education: no money was spent. Kitchen sink was used made last time.
Omega yeast: class Thursday Aug 14
Malt school: next up, will be ready for next party.
Website: little group buys work now, reservation prob is now fixed. You'll get specific access if you're allowed to do power of tower
Public relations: nothing new to report. But I want to recap the Gino's east beer, and upcoming party.
Steven: no report
Legal: no report
Storage spots: 8 outstanding to be paid, (Mark and Conrad give up their space) now 1 person waiting for a spot.
Bbq: food trucks? Meat? Cook off? Same guys from last year? Ask Jeremy to cook? Going to ask what what budget is for this year and follow up and vote online.
Beers: 8 currently now.
Barrel serving (need a cold plate) move to new business. $220-250 to have up and running. Make a motion for $300 to approve... Yes.
Maria's competition: same day as our BBQ. Keep it same day.
Mark: need more brewer levels. Idea of 3 brews. 3 supervised brews. At least 2 brews. Should we moved down to only 2 brews?
Mark: Online remark about what we can lend out. We need to do an inventory of what is owned by us, or individuals.
Ken: pitchfork bike check. For chain link. Watch bikes and hand them back. Work an hour or two and then u get wristband. Yes, we as a club are interested in this.
Ken: AHA club of the year, Carolina club. I'm interested this for us next year. I think we could do this with education we are doing, charity work, something to think about.

CHAOS general meeting
AHA great representation looking forward to next year. People were impressed with our model there. Would like to continue to do fastrack again next year too.
