Welcome to Rob Caro who has just joined the ranks of the 24/7 Brewers!
In addition to brewing weekly (!) Rob has the most thorough paperwork I've ever seen. Joe Falck, supervisor for two of Rob's brews, says Rob is "very knowledgeable of rules and procedures." Rob definitely has his sights set on Alchemist status and Board of Directors. He is also eager to help out supervising introductory Brewers as well as with the School Series at our events.
