Here is the presentation that I will be working on for the CHAOS class once I get a few counts in, and I will be giving an abbreviated presentation to Square Kegs the Thursday before Thanksgiving at the DANK Haus. Please note that it's kind of boring right now. I need to add more pictures, and there are also some things that I want to add and others I want to cut out.

Do you have a Lamborghini or Ford Escort?
I've got the Escort (cheap pressure cooker with a gasket). Nothing wrong with the cheaper ones, they just don't last as long. I'm going to see if I can't get some CHAOS cash down the road for a club shared Lamborghini (all american gasketless pressure cooker). :)
I think if you have a workshop on creating Wort Starters that you can sanitize at the brew house and take home with your pressure cooker, more CHAOSers will see the value in a brew house pressure cooker Lambo.
