17.5 lb - Marris Otter
2.5 lb - Rye Malt
1.5 lb - Munich (10L)
.75 lb - Biscuit Malt
.75 lb - Vienna Malt
.50 lb - Crystal 60L
.50lb - Candi Syrup
1.5 oz - Target Hops at 90 Minutes
.75 oz - Styrian Goldings at 30 Minutes
.75 oz - Styrian Goldings at 10 Minutes
1 Packet - Fermentis Safale US-05
Procedure: 
Brew House Efficiency - 65% Mash Temp: 150F Boil TIme: 90 minutes SRM: 13 You may need DME or sugars to hit SG due to size of the grain bill
Fermentation: 
Primary for 2 weeks at 67F
