Still Room for Brewing 101
Just joined today and great timing with Brewing 101 just around the corner! Definitely looking forward to this!
Bump. We still have room for at least two more batches, if you're interested in the introductory class!
See if Lucas can send a PM to all the trials. We talked about doing ths at the board meeting.
Just signed up for it today.
Hi Angela,
I just sent you a message about the Brewing 101 class. There is still room if you are interested.

Great. See you tonight.
How did the class go?
It went very well. Two batches in the ferm room, and two potential new members. Jim also provided the evening's entertainment, by causing his keg of the sample batch to shoot a beer geyser ~ 10 feet into the air.
Thanks guys! It was fun and I learned quite a bit...mostly to stand back from Jim. ;-) But seriously, looking forward to brewing again and learning more. I think the most intimidating part is learning how to use all the equipment properly and making sure it all stays sanitized.
